Shapes

We have created personal training programmes, called ‘Shapes’, designed to cater for our members’ most common objectives. These programmes are our starting point: every Shape is tailored according to what you are able and willing to achieve. To this end, all Shapes start with standard baseline measurements taken during our extended Fitness Sport Examination. Based on these results, we then draw up a personal exercise and diet plan, adjusting it along the way as necessary.     Nothing is as beautiful and momentous as giving the gift of life to a child. However, the mother's body does need some extra care afterwards, and Mommy Shape is specifically designed to help new mothers to get back in shape quickly and properly. The chief elements of Mommy Shape are:

    Duration: 4-9 months
    Ideale training frequency: 3x per week
    Duration of training per session: 60 minutes
    Focus area: Gradually working to improve condition, strenght and stability, starting 6 weeks after the birth
    Main training focus:
    1. Core stability (increasing stability of lower back, pelvic floor muscles, stomach)
    2. Firming up the skin through muscle training
    3. Burning fat
    4. Fitness
    Intended result: Reduction size of stomach and hip zone, higher energy level and core stability

     

     

  • Business Shape

    For man and women who wish to take part in circuit training before, during or after work, in groups of up to 4 people. The chief elements of Business Shape are:

    Duration: 4 months
    Ideale training frequency: 2x per week
    Duration of training per session: 60 minutes
    Focus area: Blowing off steam, competition & team spirit 
    Main training focus:
    1. Total body workout; fitness, strenght & shape
    Intended result: Employees who are fitter, more energetic and more productive

     

     

  • Back in Shape

    For men and women who have neglected themselves for a few years, and want to get their fitness and energy back. The chief elements of Back in Shape are:

    Duration: 4-8 months
    Ideale training frequency: 3x per week
    Duration of training per session: 60 minutes
    Focus area: A well-balanced diet and the Fitness Sport Examination form the starting point for a safe and sound beginning
    Main training focus:
    1. Fitness
    2. Breathing techniques
    3. Sufficient rest following exertion
    4. Burning fat
    5. Building muscle mass
    Intended result: Basic fitness, weight loss and appearance

     

     

  • Duo Shape

    For men and women who want to train together with professional coaching. The chief elements of Duo Shape are:

    Duration: 4 months
    Ideal training frequency: 2-3x per week
    Duration of training per session: 60 minutes
    Focus area: Proper dovetailing of the individuals' levels and objectives
    Main training focus:
    1. Competition
    2. Pushing limits
    3. Burning fat
    Intended result: Total fysical fitness

    For men and women aged 55 and over who are looking to get the most out of life, with a fit and healthy body at the ready. The chief elements of the Senior Shape programma are:

    Duration: 6-12 months
    Ideal training frequency: 2-3x per week
    Duration per training session: 60 minutes
    Focus are The Fitness Sport Examination forms the basis for a responsible start to training
    Main training focus:
    1. Total Body Workout
    2. Fitness
    3. Stretching
    4. Breathing techniques
    Intended result: Overall fitness and effective maintenance of the muscolosskeletal system (tedons and joints)

    For men and women who want to be 'swimsuit-proff' for the holidays. The chief elements of the Summer Shape programme are:

    Duration: 1-4 months
    Ideal training frequency: 2-4x per week
    Duration of training per session: 60 minutes
    Focus area: Strict diet
    Main training focus:
    1. Burning fat
    2. Weight loss
    3. Muscle mass
    4. Slimmer stomach
    Intended result: Feeling good for pool and beach

     

  • Wedding Shape

    For happy couples who want to look their best on the most beautiful day of their lives. The chief elements of the Wedding Shape programme are:

    Ideale training frequency: 3x per week
    Duration of training per session: 60 minutes
    Focus area: Objectives properly in line with one another
    Main training focus:
    1. Fitness

    For men and women at an important crossroads in their lives (career, divorce, marriage, children, etc.), who want to take (or take back) control and are willing to work on themselves physically and mentally. The chief elements of the Next Life Shape programme are:

    Ideal training frequency: 2-3x per week
    Duration per training session: 60 minutes
    Focus area: Mental Coaching
    Main training focus:
    1. Cardio
    2. Strenght
    3. Fitness
    Intended result: Stability, energy, and good general fitness & health aloow greater resistance and resilience

     

  • No More Diet Shape

    For men and women who have been through the merry-go-round of crash and other diets without success, and are seeing their goals slip further and further away. It's time to grab the bully by the horns instead of the tail, and finally replace those bad habits with good ones - for good. The chief elements of the No More Diet Shape are:

    Duration: 6-12 months
    Ideal  training frequency: 2-3x per week
    Duration of training per session: 60 minutes
    Focus area: Mental coaching, knowledge transfer and diet advice
    Main training focus:
    1. Burning fat
    2. Fitness
    3. Building muscle mass
    Intended result: Tension release, more energy, self consiousness, no more yoyo-ing but lasting results through structural behavioral; changes
