Performing at your best requires both physical and mental fitness. That won’t happen with just a few quick fixes, but demands a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. That is the goal of our Total LifeStyle Coaching programme, which consists of the three main principles described below.
The numbers tell the tale
To us, it is important to keep a close eye on your progress when following our programmes. That’s why we have our own Wellness Test Centre, where your achievements are tested according to sound scientific principles. We also discuss your progress in all areas of Total LifeStyle Coaching once a month during a personal session, so that you know where you're at and we can help you set your next goals.

Principle 1: Exercise for a beter life
We believe in the power of a healthy mind inside a healthy body, which is why at BodyMentors we devote significant attention to your physical health. With our professional Personal Trainers you work not only on your physical condition, but also on your general appearance. One on one. To do this, we have developed a series of programmes called ‘Shapes’: training programmes with every detail fully tailored to suit your personal situation. See below for which Shape suits you best!

Principle 2: Eating for a better life
Food is essential for getting the most out of life. It determines not only how you look, but also greatly affects your immune system and the amount of energy you have available to live and perform. We analyse your diet, and help you to implement lasting improvements to your eating habits. Of course losing weight can be a goal, with our ‘no more diet’ approach, but we take things a step further.

BodyMentors also put you in contact with experienced life coaches: professionals who can support you in finding answers to important questions in your private and/or professional life. Our life coaches know how to ask the right questions, reflect, and, using our Performance Coaching Method, join you in search of concrete answers and solutions that are right for you.
